I cannot begin to put into words how GREAT of an experience I have had with Dr.Stewart and her team. From never being able to smile in photos to never being insecure about my smile again, life changing & left me speechless. From initial consultation until follow up after my procedure, Karina and Dr.Stewart were on top of it, making sure my smile looks spectacular and that I am a happy costumer. I Will definitely be a lifetime costumer & recommend serine smile to anyone that is even thinking about needing a dental procedure done.

I have very solid teeth. They have been my whole life. After seeing this dentist, my teeth ACHED. I haven never in my life had achy teeth. They claimed while I was there that I needed work done on my teeth/gums, which I have never heard from any dentist before. I suspected they were lying, and also that they did something to my teeth, so I waited. Slowly, after about 3-4 months, my teeth stopped hurting and stopped being sensitive to hot/cold temperature changes. Whatever they did to my teeth, it wore off. The appointment itself (a simple cleaning), took a good 3-4 hours because I had to wait, was shown to a spot, then moved, then my tech was changed. I heard all about the office clicks and the dentist herself clearly thinks she is far more special that she is. I couldn't believe they were taking so much of my work day to just clean my teeth and give me a quick consultation of a straightening. She acted nice, but it was very rude and arrogant. These people are not professional. They appear friendly, but do NOT trust them. Instead of just being good and efficient, they will put things on your teeth to make them hurt so you come back.

I've been thinking about switching to a new dental office and I recently stopped by Serene Smiles, which happens to be walking distance from my home. My initial experience was amazing but things took an unexpected turn when the staff started aggressively asking for my insurance information. I gave it to them and asked if my insurance covered their services. Unfortunately, they didn't know and asked if they could call me back next week. They did, but before I could even say anything, they asked about my previous dental provider and wanted to call them for my records to be transferred. They also assured me that my insurance would cover my care here. I just felt uncomfortable from this experience and decided to stay with my current provider. This rating is for the front desk staff only.

Where has Serene Smiles been all my life! This newly formed relationship all started with the front desk and the 30 some questions they answered honestly, not necessarily what I wanted to hear, but the right answers. The staff is wonderfully kind, helpful, caring and beyond patient. Dr. Swart has impressive skills and the experience this group has and shares goes way above and beyond any traditionally trained dentistry. I have wasted many years and a lot of money with the dentists and periodontists I have seen through the years. And after 1 consultation and 1 procedure visit with Serene I finally feel I am on the way to a healthier mouth and gums. I highly recommend Serene to work with the basic cleaning (because you will walk out with a whole new perspective) to extensive requirements like I have and everything in between. If you want to save your teeth and gums, and have a great smile, call Serene Smiles!

Moe is the best dental hygienist in the triangle. Dr Swart is a highly experienced professional who listens to her patients. I highly recommend this practice. The front desk team are genuinely nice and extremely efficient. They take care of records and referrals on the spot.
